The Golf Course People have been known to say that "Churston Golf Course is one of Devons best kept secrets", the Par 70 parkland course meanders along the cliffs overlooking Torbay. The views are breathtaking and if you are not careful they will take your mind off why you came here in the first place The golf course drains readily and remains open all year round. We use trolleys all year round, it is seldom that there are restricted. Golf practice facilities
At Churston we have two practice putting greens, they are beautifully manicured and idealy situated next to the club house so you can relax and hone your skills whilst waiting for your playing partners to arrive. There are two driving nets adjacent to the eighteenth green and a chipping area set back behind the first tee, all in all everything a golfer needs before taking on the challenge. Away from the Clubhouse next to the fifth tee you will find a practice chipping area, this is alongside a practice bunker,a short stroll away is the driving range, there is ample parking nearby for both of these facilties. |
