🏆 DARTMOOR LEAGUE MIXED EVENT – A FANTASTIC DAY FOR CHURSTON! ⛳️

A huge well done to our Churston team who finished 3rd in the Dartmoor League’s Annual Mixed Event at Honiton Golf Club yesterday with 81 points.

And it was so close! Churston finished on exactly the same points as the winning team, with the trophy ultimately decided on a countback. 🏆

The event was played as a Greensome Stableford, with the best two scores from our three pairs counting.

There were some great individual performances too. Claire & Mark picked up a nearest-the-pin prize, while Heather & Jason won a dozen golf balls for recording a fantastic 2.

Heather & Jason also narrowly missed out on the prize for the best scoring pair, finishing on 41 points again losing out on countback!

🥉 Third place, 81 points, and just a countback away from the trophy.
