Harry Mayers heads up our professional services at Churston Golf Club. A highly qualified PGA Professional, Harry’s patience and knowledge can help all standards of player, from beginners through to elite golfers.
Starting golf at the age of 12, Harry won many junior titles and represented club, county and country at an early age. He still has a passion for playing and regularly competes in West Region PGA events. He is equally committed to growing golf at Churston, organising successful Ladies’ Get into Golf initiatives and hosting inclusive Golf for All Abilities evenings.
Alongside running one of the South West’s best stocked professional shops, Harry has been instrumental in forming the Churston Academy of Golf. The academy is equipped with the latest teaching technology including ball flight launch monitors and high speed USB digital cameras, so you can be sure you are receiving the best instruction available.
