A lesson with your golf professional.
After warming up, your professional films a baseline series of shots whilst the launch monitor captures the numbers and the cameras film your swing from multiple angles.
From there it is a conversation. The pro talks you through what the data is showing, what's causing it, and the smallest possible change that will move you in the right direction. Every shot you take from then on is measured against the baseline, so progress within the session is visible.
Your professional will show you some simple drills and tips. These along with further video analysis and ball spin data along with slow motion video analysis, this enables you to best understand the changes that will be suggested by your professional for improvements with your golf game. You leave with clear feedback, video to review, and one or two specific things to take to the range or the course.

Performance at Churston is led by Harry Mayers, the Club's Head Professional. Harry coaches members and visitors of every level, from juniors and beginners through to low-handicap/elite county players.
Lessons are offered as one-off sessions or as blocks of six. Junior coaching is available throughout the year. Group sessions can be arranged for societies and corporate days on request.
